Please join us for our 33rd Salsa Dance Weekend (since 1999).
This event features two amazing dancers:

Alien Ramirez - originally from Cuba, now living in Miami, FL, Alien holds 22 World Championships in Latin Dancing...most every weekend she can be found somewhere in the world performing and teaching at a Salsa Congress or dance event.

Lenin Guerrero Maldonado - originally from Mexico, now living in Cleveland, OH, Lenin was the 2010 National Mexican Champion and the International Champion of Costa Rica in 2011.

There will be six workshops taught at the Wightman School Community Building in Squirrel Hill (three on Saturday, July 9, three on Sunday, July 10).

Workshop Schedule:
Saturday, July 9 - Taught by Alien & Lenin (Open to Men/Women)
1:00 - 2:00 pm: Men and Women Styling/Footwork
2:15 - 3:15 pm: Spin Technique for Men/Women
3:30 - 4:30 pm: Partner class involving skills taught in first two workshops

Sunday, July 10 - Taught by Alien (Open to Men/Women)
12:00 - 1:00 pm: Afro-Cuban Body Movement/Isolations
1:15 - 2:15 pm: Latin Technique class for Latin Partner Dances
2:30 - 3:30 pm: Boogalu class

Friday, July 8 - Kick-Off Dance at Cabaret at Theater Square (Downtown Pittsburgh - $10.00 cover paid separately, not part of Eventzilla registration)
10:00 pm - 2:00 am
